Camera Lucid Prism Type Camera Lucid Prism Type – Laboratory Equipment A camera lucid is an optical device used as a drawing aid by artists. The camera lucid performs an optical superimposition of the subject being viewed upon the surface upon which the artist is drawing. The artist sees both scene and drawing surface simultaneously, as in a photographic double exposure. Prism type, both the object and the paper are simultaneously visible to the observer for drawing of the focused specimen under the microscope. It fits on the eye piece tube of all standard microscopes. Supplied in velvet lined case.
